Project Superintendent
Oversight of high-end residential and commercial builds. Requires a deep understanding of South Florida coastal engineering and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams with military precision.
Office Administrator
The operational nucleus of Palazzo Grande. This role manages the day-to-day flow of our headquarters, supporting the leadership team and ensuring our administrative processes are as "clean-line" as our architecture.
Digital Media Strategist
Documenting the landmark process. This role manages our digital narrative, utilizing drone footage, site-progress photography, and "Palazzo Grande" updates to show the world the science and art behind our builds.
Marketing Coordinator
Activating the Palazzo Grande ecosystem. This role manages showroom tours, architectural mixers, and project milestone events, creating a physical bridge between our firm and the South Florida luxury market.
Finishing Foreman
A dedicated eye for the final 5% of a project. This role is responsible for the "zero-compromise" delivery of a home, managing the final polish of "clean-line" transitions, cabinetry alignments, and high-performance glass installations.
BIM Specialist
Utilizing 3D modeling and site scans to identify "clashes" before they happen. This role brings digital precision to the planning phase, allowing Palazzo to "build it twice"—once in the digital space and once on the lot.
